My name is Dr. Bruce Parker. My background features 30 years of consistent excellence in highly visible, responsible roles requiring clinical knowledge, entrepreneurial ability and truly creative leadership skills. I built a single chiropractic practice into a thirteen-location, multi-practitioner business. I have served as a corporate consultant on a major venture capital proposal. I am an author, a speaker, a mentor, and a principal of a dynamic, thriving chiropractic coaching company.

From the beginning, I have conceived, planned, developed and managed this multifaceted chiropractic coaching firm. The organization’s primary emphasis is provided state-of-the-art consulting services to the chiropractic profession. This has included expert court testimony, practice valuation, contract mediation, buy-sell agreements and ownership transfers. In addition, I provide consultative advice on business strategy and operations to other organizations – both within and outside the healthcare services industry.

Have you ever wondered why is it so many chiropractors say “I need new patients.”? While attending chiropractic college, the basis of our education was focused on how and why interference in the nervous system was the cause of dis-ease and leads to disease. It was not uncommon to hear what seemed like miracle stories of how people, who most would have given up on, would return to vibrant life after seeing a chiropractor. The chiropractic story itself is exciting, and when understood, attracts people to become part of it. I myself have a story of returning to health with chiropractic! This is why chiropractic coaching is so fulfilling to me: I can share my stories and experiences to help chiropractors grow their practice!

About Chiropractic Coaching

I developed the “ACT System.” It means to Attract, Convert and Transform. This is the exact practice development blueprint I developed to expand and systemize my practices. I began to practice in a cash world. There was little insurance as I launched my new practice that would include chiropractic. I applied for a small loan to help get the first practice off the ground, and I had to sign an affidavit that I didn’t get my license off of a matchbook cover-type diploma mill. Chiropractic, and especially chiropractic coaching, was not well-known, and most people thought it was quackery anyway. I knew chiropractic and wanted the public to have its benefits. I learned how to attract new patients and convert them to a lifetime of care, and they paid cash in a world that thought chiropractors were quacks!

I had personal goals as well. Through all of this I became financially independent at a young age. I owned all of the toys: luxury cars, sports cars, race car, airplane, boats and even a custom mansion in Rancho Santa Fe, California. I was able to have all of this from a practice that followed the same system I recommend today through chiropractic coaching. Because I have been pummeled with requests to learn my system, I wanted to get this information out to as many chiropractors as possible.
